At the moment, you are able to choose from the following Voluntary Data, for example: your gender, your date of birth, your interests, etc. You may also upload a photograph of yourself; or your company logo.

The Voluntary Data you choose to provide to ONE-DAY-IN.COM is accessible to all other ONE-DAY-IN.COM users, members and non-members.

3.3 Private messages

Other ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members may send you private messages in order to establish contact with you. All ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members may send you private messages. You may restrict the ability of ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members to send you private messages at any time to the effect that either no ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members or all ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members can send you private messages.

4. Articles

Users who view your articles or your profile will see information about you including

Name (User ID)

Photograph or logo

Country, state and city of residence

Gender, date of birth, interests, etc.

Users may be able to see your articles through searches on ONE-DAY-IN.COM, and through third party services that access publicly available information on the web.

Users may comment on your articles; these comments can be seen by anyone who visits the articles homepage.

ONE-DAY-IN.COM may review the content of an articles homepage if a user complaint is received , or if we have reason to believe that the account is used in violation of the ONE-DAY-IN.COM Terms of Service.

By uploading text and photos to your article on ONE-DAY-IN.COM, you declare that these items are free of legal defects, especially copyright and allow the use of the photos and text without your explicit permission.

ONE-DAY-IN.COM allows other users to browse stories that you have submitted, blogged, or commented on. This information is made available publicly via your User Profile, on ONE-DAY-IN.COM world map, via various search functions and within the permalink URL of the story on which you performed the action. ONE-DAY-IN.COM may choose to post this data on other site features.

5. Visibility of your Profile to Non-Members of ONE-DAY-IN.COM

The data contained in your profile is visible to non-members of ONE-DAY-IN.COM and traceable by search engines on the Internet. This, however, does not include personal contact details such as email addresses.

6. Search Functions

The ONE-DAY-IN.COM Services offer various possibilities to search for particular ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members. The search functions can help you to initiate contact with other ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members who you consider to be interesting.

7. Newsletter

ONE-DAY-IN.COM irregularly sends out newsletters to all ONE-DAY-IN.COM Members. In these newsletters ONE-DAY-IN.COM may inform you, among other things, about new features on ONE-DAY-IN.COM, about events in the upcoming week, and ONE-DAY-IN.COM may also provide you with specific personal statistics.

You may choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an email to the link provided at the end of each newsletter.
